Evolving from Media Outlet to Digital Product
During the evolution of Yahoo! from a media company to a digital product company, I was brought on as the temporary Head of Design for Yahoo! News. As part of this role, my primary goal was to strategically restructure the design team to operate as a highly efficient product design organization. This involved not only scaling up the team swiftly but also laying a solid foundation by establishing robust processes, creating essential artifacts, and fostering valuable relationships crucial for the team's sustained success.
